Navy blue and off white striped bubble hem dress c. late 80s/early 90s. Thick and stretchy 100% cotton jersey. Long sleeves, crewneck, and a low u-shaped back. Form-fitting, bodice with thick horizontal stripes and a slightly dropped waistline. Full, bubble-hemmed skirt with thin vertical stripes. Thick band at hemline can be worn tucked under (as shown) or folded out (not pictured)
