Orange, yellow, and green expertly handmade madras skirt c. 1960s. Iridescent silk shantung, unlined. Pleated at waistline. Snap + hook and eye closure at side of waist. Hemline falls around knees, however there is about 6" of extra fabric, so could be let out to your liking.
