White waffle knit mini dress c. 1990s Mossimo (pre-target buyout). Thick and stretchy textured cotton + spandex blend. Double-lined fitted v-neck/triangle top bust with thin halter tie closure. Banded underbust seam. Flared a-line skirt with lettuce-edge hem. Hemline falls mid-thigh. Small "mossimo" side seam outer tag on left side near hemline.
