Hot pink silk cocktail dress c. late 1990s-early 2000s Tibi. Fully-lined 100% silk shantung with multi-colored hand-embroidered floral accents throughout. Fitted bodice with straight neckline and thin spaghetti straps. Invisible zipper closure at back center. A-line skirt with slits at each side. Hemline falls just below the knee.
